Used the Joe Lynch site as a guide the first time I broke a half shaft. It doesn't cover everything in perfect detial but, is a great guide.

Guys were breaking stock ones on drag radials.

I never broke one, but ran ET Streets (26x10.5) and cut low 1.6 60fts.

i was kinda thinking of running slicks on mine wanna keep irs so see how it goes i guess.. irs is built minus the halfshafts so .. lol ..

Get some still wall slicks and they will be fine. Enough Give in the tire to soak up the hit that blows half shafts 8 /10 times. Some failures are Unavoidable however lol
